WhyCommunicate? adds a sparkle to Beadazzle online retailing activities

Beadazzle www.beadazzle.co.uk is an online jewellery retailer selling a range of branded jewellery such as Pandora Charms, Riley Burnett, Blog, and Tattoesian.

Beadazzle needed to significantly increase sales in an increasing competitive marketplace. WhyCommunicate? was asked to review all online marketing activities and create a phased online strategy. The initial phase of this project was to look at ways to reduce the cost per acquisition, retain customers and increase basket value.

The initial activities were based around securing competitve but also cost effective search engine marketing positions via PPC and SEO. This was followed by email based retention and acquisition activities to the existing customer base.

WhyCommunicate? took over the management of these campaigns and quickly delivered a significant improvement. By delivering a clear return on investment, we demonstrated an ability to deliver sales at a fixed marketing cost per sale.

WhyCommunicate? is currently in the process of developing a new ecommerce site for Beadazzle to help improve all aspects of online retailing and management. This will provide further support to the existing pay per click and search engine optimisation activities.
